It’s all about the water lately, if you’re lucky. The sun is shinning and everyone is trying to get in (better) shape for ‘swimsuit season.’ The best way to do that? Water aerobics! Just get ready for your swimsuit IN your swimsuit.
I found this slideshow displayed workout from Fitness Magazine and just thought it was amazing. Working out in a pool makes it easier since your weight is floating mostly, and you don’t sweat as much! So I thought posting a workout like this would be appealing for us curvy girls because it’s an easy transition into an exercise plan.
